Positive Horizons Ltd provide domiciliary Home Care services to a wide range of clients their own home who because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs.
We also provide and promote a Supported Living provision to service users with Learning Disabilities to live independently within Derbyshire.
We are registered and have accreditation with Derbyshire County Council and with the Care Quality Commission.
We strive to maintain our excellent reputation with a commitment to training and supervision of staff and excelling our own very high standards.
Quality Assurance Achievements
2012 The Care Quality Commission carried out a review of the care services we provide to clients. The audit report is being published and reads very positively about the way the care team provides its service and how we excel in the outcomes achieved against the CQC standards, resulting in being an ‘Excellent Care Agency’ A copy our latest report is available to read from our office, or at http://www.cqc.org.uk/
The Bronze Award in promoting Dignity and Respect to our clients from the Derbyshire County Councils Dignity and Respect Campaign.
Derbyshire County Council has awarded Positive Horizons for the last five years the Quality Premium Award.
