We offer a fully equipped weights studio, where you can immerse yourself in group personal training sessions alongside like-minded people.
The UHF training system is designed so its easy to incorporate it into your lifestyle. Just 3 workout sessions a week, lasting no longer than 45 mins each - thats only 2 hours 15 mins of your time a week!
We will also help you with your nutrition- understand what foods to eat and when.
No fancy equipment, just hard work and determination with motivation provided along the way from an experienced personal trainer.
