We still bake on the old coal fired ovens, They have been kept lit everyday for over a century.
Our bread is still baked in a traditional way by our award winning baker, the recipies we use in our bakery have been handed down by three generations of bakers.
All our cakes are made here, sausage rolls etc.All our bread is baked fresh daily. The bakery maybe be the oldest working bakery in the country.
