We are a traditional high class butchers with a modern twist, stocking hand selected locally reared beef, locally reared pork, locally reared lamb and fresh British chicken at an affordable price!!!
Home cooked meats such as roast ham and roast beef. Dry cured bacon...plain and smoked...sliced to your thickness... The way it should be!
We make a wide range of homemade sausages and burgers, homemade pies , sausage rolls, pasties, pork pies and specialty pies such as stilton topped pork pies and fruit topped pork pies to name but a few!
A wide variety of marinated products and "kitchen ready" products such as meatballs, stir fry's and child friendly chicken nuggets. A deli range to include chorizo, Serrano ham, garlic sausage, salami's etc a wide range of over 20 English and continental cheeses. Freshly baked bread delivered daily and local free range eggs.
Our beef is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, lamb 10 days and pork 5 days to ensure the eating quality is second to none.
