We are trying to obtain funding for a Shopmobility/Information Service in the Alfreton, Derbyshire area. The funding organisations we are approaching need evidence that this service is required so we are asking people to fill in our survey or petition to try and get this scheme off the ground. The Shopmobility Scheme will assist disabled /older people to become more independent and less isolated.
