Birchwood Homecaring Services Ltd offer a full range of personal care services as well as help with domestic tasks to support you at home. We ensure that you retain your independence and quality of life, helping you to stay in your own home. We are here to help with individually tailored support.
We have been providing care in the local area since 2000, and we train our carers in-house to ensure they all deliver the same excellent standard of care, with professionalism and integrity.
All our carers undergo an in-depth induction program using our own in-house trainers. They receive ongoing training and updates to ensure that they continue to deliver high quality services in line with current recommendations and legislation. We support our carers in achieving a Diploma in Health and Social Care, as a minimum and we continually invest in our training programmes. We provide access to specialist training as and when required to meet any complex needs of our clients.
