Tell Healthwatch Derbyshire about how changes at your GP practice have impacted you
The way we access our GP Practices has changed over the past few years, with these changes potentially being permanent. You may have found that access to care has moved to a triage system and online services with a mixture of video, telephone and face-to-face appointments.
Healthwatch would like to hear from patients, carers, and service users about how these changes may have impacted them!
Feedback from the survey will help local health providers to understand how these changes have impacted patients, what is working well and what could be made better.
If you need help to complete the survey give our team a on 01773 880786.
