Christmas Market At Denby Pottery Village

Denby Pottery is once again holding its annual Christmas market this December giving visitors the chance to fulfil all their Christmas shopping needs at once with free parking, scrumptious food and activities for a magical, full day out.

Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd, Monday 4th December & Friday 8th, Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th December. Opening times on Friday, Saturdays and Monday 9am-5pm | Sundays 10am-4pm 


There will be plenty of choice to eat and drink in the Courtyard with a tempting barbeque and hog roast by the Greedy Pig Butchers, hot meals in Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro as well as hot drinks and snacks situated in the Denby Farm Shop to eat in or takeaway.  There will be amazing cakes by Emma’s Cakes and Project D Doughnuts not to be missed plus charities selling their Christmas merchandise too. 

The Denby Craft Studio will be open if you wish to create your own Christmas memento.  The Denby Gift Emporium is stocked with Christmas gifts from leather bags, woollen hats, gloves and scarves, children’s puzzles and toys to endearing bears and characters by quality toy makers.  The Denby Garden stall will have Christmas trees, hand-made wreaths, winter flowering shrubs, outside lighting and ornamental garden sculptures. 


The Denby Farm Shop has quality food and drink gift ideas from many local suppliers and you can create your own gift hamper. The Deli has fine meats and cheeses to complement the selected wines from Laithwaites, local ales and gin from popular White Peak Distillery. Don’t forget those extra plates, baking dishes and placemats for the festivities - Denby’s new extensive Cookshop has all you need in the kitchen whether you are a novice cook or chef.   Don’t miss Denby’s beautiful home décor pieces including Diffusers, Candle Pots, Denby’s iconic Byngo and Marmaduke bunnies and new Pet Bowls (not forgetting the family pet this Christmas) from the extensive Denby Store in the heart of the Pottery Village.  


Christmas themed music will be provided by Shirland Brass Band.  A visit to the Christmas Market on both weekends is recommended as many stalls will be different. Denby Pottery Village has a full programme of activities taking place leading up to Christmas and Santa will be calling   –  as he’s very busy, please book your children in to see him in advance on https://denbypottery.digitickets.co.uk/
