Residents in Kilburn invited to meet local officers and discuss issues
Residents in Kilburn and the surrounding areas are being invited to meet and chat to local officers.
The Kilburn Safer Neighbourhood Team is hosting a mobile police surgery on Sunday, May 24 at various locations in Kilburn, Denby and Holbrook.
The event will give local people the opportunity to meet PC Neil Hopwell and PCSO John Midgley and learn more about the current policing priorities for their community.
It will be an ideal time for residents to pick up crime prevention advice for the summer months including ensuring windows and doors are locked when they out enjoying the good weather.
The team will also be on hand to discuss any issues or concerns community members may have for their area.
Officers will be at various locations throughout the morning, including:
From 9am at Kilburn Beat Office;
- From 10.45am at One Stop in Denby;
- From 11.30am at Holbrook Village Stores;
- From 12.15pm at Parks Estate Stores.
If you cannot attend the mobile police surgery but would like to speak to a member of the team, contact them on 101. You can also keep up to date on policing in your area by following @KilburnSNT on Twitter.
