Borough and Parish elections - briefing for potential candidates
Borough and Parish Elections will be held in Amber Valley on 7 May 2015 and a Briefing for potential candidates and agents will be held in the Training Room at the Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, on Tuesday 17 March 2015 commencing at 6pm. Borough elections will be held in the following wards:-
- Alfreton
- Alport
- Belper Central
- Belper East
- Belper North
- Belper South
- Crich
- Duffield
- Heage and Ambergate
- Kilburn, Denby & Holbrook
- Ripley
- Ripley & Marehay
- Swanwick
- South West Parishes
- Wingfield
Parish Elections will also be held on Thursday 7 May 2015.

Nomination papers are now available from the Town Hall, Ripley.
Completed nomination papers must be delivered in person to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley from 10am on the 30 March 2015 until 4pm on Thursday 9 April 2015. Please note that Main Reception at the Town Hall is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am and 4.30pm and from 10am – 4.30pm on Wednesdays.
