Lineker’s Physiotherapy is committed to treating common musculoskeletal injuries. Including, lower back pain, whiplash, neck pain, tennis elbow, ligament sprains, muscle tears, osteoarthritis management, anterior knee pain, ankle instability, as well as working to improve posture, balance and overall general health. Thorough assessments will be completed in a confidential clinical room. If other services are required, appropriate arrangements will be made e.g. letters to GP’s personal training and referral's to other services.
Sports Massage is commonly used in the sporting environment to prevent injury, restore mobility to injured tissues, maintain condition, improve blood circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, stretching muscles and promote scar tissue healing. Other treatments combined include Muscle Energy Techniques (MET's), Deep Tissue Frictions used to break down adhesion's.
