Zumba® is a revolution in the fitness industry, fusing together hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a unique fitness program that is both highly rewarding and a whole lot of fun!
I've worked in the fitness industry for over 13 years and I've been a fitness instructor at many of the leading health and fitness clubs in the UK, including VirginActive, Fitness First and David Lloyd. Fitness isn't just a job for me, it's a way of life!
I'm a bubbly, outgoing person and that's why I adore Zumba® - it blends perfectly with my own desire for fun and enjoyment alongside the pursuit of physical fitness.
I'm a fully-qualified ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network™) Instructor and I run regular Zumba® classes at several locations in the East Midlands. My Zumba® classes are lively and energetic, they deliver a great core workout, helping to sculpt and tone all parts of your body and offer the potential of high caloric expenditure and weightloss over time.
