Taekwon-do is the Korean Martial Art of Self Defence which has evolved from more than 2,000 years of Martial Arts forms. Taekwon-do is renowned for its spectacular kicking and demonstrations of power, however there is far more to the art than just these aspects.
Our Junior Taekwon-do classes offer life skills and development training for 4 to 6 year olds.
