I am based in Swanwick and also offer Online Counselling too. I have 36 years experience of working with Clients and spent 12 years training new Counsellors. I offer uncomplicated confidential therapy, going at your pace. My original Psychodynamic training was with Derby University then years later, in 2012 completed a further 2 years of Mindfulness counselling training with the Karuna Institute, Devon.
Your first session with me is free, either face to face in Swanwick, or Online via Zoom. This session gives us both the opportunity to see if we can work well together. Thereafter each 50 minute session is £55.00. I offer 6 sessions, but long term therapy is also available. Usually after 6 sessions, you should notice change and a release in your issues. I work with the whole person, not just the problems you present with. Major decisions and change affect all parts of you.
As a guide the following issues generally respond well to my approach: Relationships/Divorce. Anxiety, Stress, Shame. Anger and Fear. Grief and loss. Depression and feelings of just feeling low.
I dont offer help with: Addiction. Substance misuse. Alcohol. Drugs. Hope to help you.
