Affirm IT are a support provider specialising in providing IT services for small to medium-size business.
As with all managed service providers we can help you out with backups, monitoring, cloud migrations, server faults, desktop support, antivirus, e-mail, networking, voice over IP and anything else IT related.
Affirm IT believes in collaboration between our customers and ourselves, It’s not just something I say we do, it’s a tangible element of the service we provide:
To this end customers are given:
- Realtime access to their IT documents, you can see the info we have on your company and add anything you think is missing, likewise you have full control and access to your own data
- Monitoring and Reporting – We give monthly reports on your IT estate showing antivirus status and any potential issues. If you’d like realtime access to monitoring and would like the ability to remote control your devices we can grant this
- We do not lock you into a long contract, we ask for 30days notice and as previously stated you already have access to all of your reports and documentation. I hope we never reach this point but I want people to stay with us through choice rather than contractual obligation
